Dave Charlton is a Nationally Registered Fingerprint Expert and fully trained CSI. He is registered with the Council for Forensic Practitioners (CRFP) He is a Senior Latent Print Examiner with the Sussex Police. He holds many professional positions, including: Fellow of the Fingerprint Society, Active Member of the International Association for Identification, Editor of Fingerprint Whorld (Fingerprint Society educational journal, Member of the Journal for Forensic Identification editorial board, Member of the IAI latent print sub-committee, Member of the National 3rd Level Detail Ridgeology sub-group which reports to the National Fingerprint Board, Secretary to the National Fingerprint Conference Committee.
